How It Works:

  • Once you sign up, you will be given access to the #21DaysLater mobile app and private Facebook group with the other members of the challenge.
  • When the challenge begins, you will be prompted to upload your “before” pics and a pic of the scale with your starting weight (feel free to add measurements such as body fat percentage, waist measurements, current pants size, etc. if you are able to)
  • You will be given a 21-day workout and meal plan designed to push your body while getting you the best results through your nutrition.
  • On the last day of the challenge, you will upload your “after” pics and a pic of the scale with your final weigh-in to the app.
  • Factors that contribute to success: total lbs lost (final weight subtracted from starting weight = total weight loss), best physical transformation (comparing “before” and “after” pics), and participation (energy brought to the group and social media posts).

FAQs

Q: Will I be given workouts?

A: Yes! An entire workout guide is provided. While you are not required to follow the workout guide, this program is designed to get you the best results possible in 21 days so challenge yourself to do your best. All movements can be regressed or removed if too difficult.

Q: I'm vegetarian. Do you have different meal plans?

A: We have many meal plan options available upon request, including vegetarian and pescatarian. Let us know if you have dietary request and we will do our best to accomodate.

Q: I have a few injuries. Will I still be able to do the challenge?

A: Absolutely! While there are workout plans provided, your only requirement is to move your body daily. If you're not able to run, walk. If you're not able to do a particular movement, scale it back or remove it. Always feel free to use the FB group to ask questions regarding movement substitutions.

Q: I'm not comfortable sharing pictures of my body. Do I have to post them publicly?

A: You are not required to post your images publicly. Let us know if you are not comfortable sharing your results or would like your face covered when we display results for marketing purposes.
